To ensure that Dr. Schär's high-quality standards are maintained and continually improved, quality management and quality assurance systems are in place at its three production sites in Italy and Germany. In recognition of its commitment to quality, Dr Schär has been awarded the official certification ISO 9001:2008 for quality management, ISO 14001:2004 for environmental management, the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety and biological certification in accordance with EU standard for all of its production sites.
As a manufacturer of dietary products, the company also complies with the statutory regulations stipulated in EC Directive 89/389/EEC. At Dr Schär, quality is a concept which is put into practice. For more than 25 years, we have been delivering quality, focusing on innovation, and developing and specialising in our sector. The training of our employees, optimal organisation of working processes, continuous information, communication and the suggestions of our consumers have all helped us to achieve the various certificates. Our Quality Assurance department guarantess that ther is a continually high level of quality, and works to achieve further optimisation.
